1. Overview
All photo and video assets are stored in Nextcloud under the main folder named Social Media. Within this folder, there are separate subfolders for different purposes:
- Interview
- Contains finalized interviews (both documents and any accompanying visual files).
- Foto
- Contains subfolders for each project, where you store all related photos and videos.
- WMW Film
- Central location for all videos needed to create the final film.

Place all raw images, edited images, and short video clips that support that specific project into its corresponding subfolder.

WMW Film
Use this folder to collect all relevant raw video material.
This is the base from which the official film or highlight reel will be assembled.
Keep a clear naming convention for your video files (e.g., Date_ProjectName_ShortDescription.mp4) so you can easily locate them later.
4. Access and Permissions
The Social Media folder in Nextcloud can be accessed by team members with the appropriate login credentials.
If you don’t have access, please contact Prof Kubica for permission.
5. Further Steps
Regularly review and clean up old or unused files.
Ensure all media is uploaded at the highest possible quality so that future edits or promotions won’t be limited by low-resolution assets. |
