Our **Redaktionsplan** (editorial plan) is designed to streamline our social media posting process. It helps the team track the status of each post or task, ensuring that everyone knows which items are pending, in progress, or completed. The plan is maintained visually, using columns that reflect different stages in the workflow—similar to a Kanban board.

### 2. Board Structure
|
|
|
|
Typically, the editorial plan is divided into the following columns:
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. **Back Log**
|
|
|
|
- Contains new ideas or pending tasks that haven’t been prioritized yet.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. **Offen** (Open)
|
|
|
|
- Tasks that have been approved, However missing photos.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. **In Bearbeitung** (In Progress)
|
|
|
|
- Tasks currently being worked on by team members.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. **Fertig** (Done)
|
|
|
|
- Finalized tasks, already published.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
### 3. Task Cards and Labels
|
|
|
|
Each task card typically includes:
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- **Platform Labels**
|
|
|
|
- Indicates where the post will be published (e.g., *Instagram*, *LinkedIn*, or both).
|
|
|
|
- **Assignees** (e.g., *SB*)
|
|
|
|
- Shows who is responsible for creating or overseeing the post.
|
|
|
|
- **Status Information**
|
|
|
|
- Quick notes like *Fotos fehlen* (photos missing) to highlight what’s needed next.
|
|
|
|
- **Description**
|
|
|
|
- Additional context (e.g., topic, required resources, links).
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
### 4. Workflow and Posting Process
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. **Idea Generation**
|
|
|
|
- Add a card to the *Back Log* column with a short description of the idea.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. **Approval & Priority**
|
|
|
|
- Move a card from *Back Log* to *Offen* once it’s been approved for development.
|
|
|
|
- Assign team members or add labels for the platform(s) (Instagram, LinkedIn).
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. **Creation & Editing**
|
|
|
|
- Move the card to *In Bearbeitung* when the team member starts working on it.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. **Review & Publish**
|
|
|
|
- Once the post is finished and reviewed, move the card to *Fertig*.
|
|
|
|
- Use this final step as a record of all published content.
|
|
|
|
